Pricing

Hefty Harvest aims to keep prices as consistent as possible.  However pricing is subject to change without notice.  Pricing online may vary from our brick and mortar pricing.  To receive in store discounts and specials, customers must visit a physical lcation to make the purchase.  Like wise to recieve special internet pricing on certain items, those items must be purchased through the online store.

Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday within 1-3 business days (usually within 24 hours). Orders placed before 4:00pm generally ship next day. Orders placed on Friday may not ship till the first Business day of the following week. Shipping times are calculated from time an order leaves the warehouse, not from the time an order is placed. Please keep this in consideration when using expedited shipping options.

Most products ship free When using the free shipping option Hefty Harvest will choose the carrier used in shipping your order.  Free shipping orders will generally be sent via USPS or UPS depending on the weight and size of the package.

In some instances the estimated shipping may vary from the actual shipping cost. In cases where the shipping cost is higher than originally estimated, HeftyHarvest.com will contact you for approval before charging any additional amounts to your card.

HeftyHarvest.com requires that your shipping and billing address be the same to mitigate the possibility of fraudulent orders. If you are having issues completing an order contact us at sales@heftyharvest.com with "Order assistance, [your account name]" as the subject line. Include details about the issue you are having in the body of the email.


Shipping damage

Shippers place a time limit on damage claims. Please inspect your items immediately after receiving them. Any damage claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order. After that time your damage claim may be denied. Replacement of the damaged items will occur after the shipper and shipping company have fully processed the claim. Damaged items are not eligible for refund. All damage claims require a claim authorization number.

To place a damage claim, follow these steps:

1. Document the damage, take pictures. If the delivery driver is still present have them inspect and verify the damage.

2. Send an email to sales@heftyharvest.com

3. In the subject line enter the following: Damage claim, [your order number]

4. In the body of the email attach any photo documentation along with a written description of the item(s) and their condition.

5. You will be sent a reply with further directions to complete the process.


Out of stock items

In the event that an item is out of stock when it is time to ship your order we will contact you.  Customers have the option of:

  • Waiting to ship the order till all items are in stock and ready to go.
  • Shipping the partial order with additional items shipped as they become available.
  • Shipping the partial order and canceling back ordered items.
  • Shipping costs may be affected by changes to the order.  Hefty Harvest will communicate these changes for your approval before your order processing is completed.


General returns

To ensure our customer receive only the best products HeftyHarvest.com only accepts returns on unused, unopened products within 15 days with receipt of purchase. Excluded from returns are: bulbs, liquids, powders and media. A 15% restocking fee will apply to returned merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items. Whenever possible reuse the same packing supplies that your products arrived in to ship items back. This will ensure the item arrives intact. Improperly packed items may not be in returnable condition if damaged during shipping. All returns require an authorization number.

All requests for returns should be placed through email to ensure proper tracking of the return process. Take the following steps to request a return:

1.Send an email to sales@heftyharves.com

2. In the subject input the following information: Return request, [your last name], [your order number]

3. In the body of the email list the items you wish to return and the reason.

4. You will be sent a reply with further instructions.

Warranty & RMA

Hefty Harvest does not directly warranty products. Nor does it take responsibility for the warranties provided by the manufacturers. Many of the products do come with manufacturer warranties, those items are subject to the warranty and RMA policies of their specific manufacturer. Policies may vary between companies.
Some vendors Prefer to handle RMAs directly. Please refer to the DIRECT VENDOR RETURN LIST to check if your product falls into this category.

Hefty Harvest is happy to work with and assist customers with their manufacturer warranties. We will work with you and the supplier and get your RMA handled as efficiently as possible. Any time Hefty Harvest is involved with warranty assistance an authorization number is needed.

To receive warranty assistance take the following steps:

1. Send an email to sales@heftyharvest.com

2. In the subject line enter: Warranty service, [order number]

3. In the body of the email list the item you require warranty assistance with and in detail describe what problem you are having with it.

4. You will receive a reply with further directions.


Online Sales Tax

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Even if we do not collect sales tax from you, you may owe sales tax on your purchase. Unless you live in Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, or Oregon, your state most likely requires purchasers to report and pay tax on all purchases that are not taxed at the time of sale. The tax may be reported and paid on your individual income tax return or by filing a consumer use tax return. For more information, please visit your state's department of revenue website.

Hefty Harvest collects sales tax in states where we have physical presence (or nexus), including Washington. Hefty Harvest also collects sales tax in states that have adopted the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement (SSUTA), including Arkansas, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. List of states in which tax is collected is subject to change without notice.  Make sure that you are familiar with your state's sales tax law to avoid any issues. 


Rewards Program Terms and Conditions


The Hefty Harvest Points program (“Program”) is designed to help you get the most out of your membership. We reward you for doing the things you already do: shop on heftyharvest.com (the “Site”).Best of all, the points you earn can be used to purchase more products! The following Rewards terms and conditions (these “Rewards Terms and Conditions”) contain important information regarding the Program. Please read the following Rewards Terms and Conditions carefully. These Rewards Terms and Conditions are incorporated into the Site Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of the Site Terms and Conditions shall consist of acceptance of these Rewards Terms and Conditions. These Rewards Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement between you and the Sponsor and will govern your participation in any and all Program offers.
Being eligible for the Program entitles members (“Members”) to take advantage of certain Program Rewards (“Rewards”) that may change from time to time and, which may be made available for limited times, all as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Rewards Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice to you, so it is important to check the Rewards Terms and Conditions periodically. Participation in the Program and/or redemption of Rewards is considered acceptance of these Rewards Terms and Conditions and any modified terms included therein. Upon notice, Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend or modify any aspect of the Program and/or any Program Reward at any time, including the availability of any Program Reward.

Program Period


This Program will continue until terminated, suspended, modified, or converted to another rewards program by the Sponsor (the "Program Period").

Eligibility


To become a Member of the Program, you must be 18 years of age or older. To enroll in Program, you simply need to have registered for an account on heftyharvest.com

Earning Points


Once you have become a Member, you can begin racking up points (“Points”) in the following ways: Shop — every time you purchase a rewards eligible product full product from our Shop, you earn 1 Point per dollar spent(excluding tax).
Upon notice, Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, terminate, revalue or modify, without liability to Members, all or part of the Points’ value structure and offers and any merchandise or service. Sponsor reserves the right to adjudicate all Points discrepancies in its sole discretion, and the Members agree to abide by any such adjudication. You can check your Points balance on your account page.

Points Redemption


Every 100 points you earn in accordance with this Program equals $1 to spend on heftyharvest.com. The Points are redeemable towards purchases o products solely on the Site, and you can redeem them in the checkout process.
To redeem your Points, simply add items to your shopping cart, and click the “Checkout” button (if you’re not already signed in, the next screen will prompt you to sign in to your account). Continue through the checkout process. When you get to the Payment Information section, you’ll see a box that says “Use my rewards points.” When you click it, your Points will be used and the value will be deducted from your order total.
Points are available for redemption for the purchase of products on the Site only while supplies last and quantities may be limited.

Refunds & Returns


Any items received as a result of Points redemption may only be exchanged for a refund of the applicable Points redeemed for such item (not cash or credit). Purchases made with Points will ship in the normal course of business.
Points earned via credit card transaction purchases on the Site will be rescinded in the event that such purchase is returned for a refund.

Points Minimums And Maximum


You cannot redeem Points for more than the total amount of your purchase. Points are not redeemable for cash.

Points Balance


You can always check your Point balance on your account page.

Points Expiration


Points will expire 12 months from the date they were first earned. If Member does not redeem Points within this time frame, Member forfeits all such Points.

Reward Conditions


Rewards may be taxable, depending on the value of the item and the federal, state, and local tax laws applicable to Member. Members are solely responsible for reporting such items on their tax returns and paying any associated tax liability. Members may not assign or transfer any Rewards. Sponsor makes no warranty in any respect as to any Rewards, merchandise or service available within the Program.

Termination


Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Program and/or any Reward at any time, including the availability of any Reward. Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, terminate or suspend any Member’s participation in the Program for breach of these Rewards Terms and Conditions, or for taking any actions that are inconsistent with the intent of these Terms and Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to prohibit any Member from participating in any aspect of the Program if Sponsor deems or suspects that such Member has engaged in or has attempted to engage in any of the following: (a) acting in violation of these Rewards Terms and Conditions; or (b) damaging, tampering with or corrupting the operation of the Program or Site; or (c) acting with intent to annoy, harass or abuse any other person; or (d) any inappropriate, uncooperative, disruptive, fraudulent, potentially fraudulent, or unusual behavior or activity; or (e) activity deemed in the sole discretion of Sponsor to be generally inconsistent with the intended operation of the Program. Any decision Sponsor makes relating to termination or suspension of any Member’s participation in the Program shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these Rewards Terms and Conditions or intent of these Rewards Terms and Conditions.

Release


By participating in the Program, Members release Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotions agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense, including, without limitation, property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of or in any way connected to the Program and/or the use of any Rewards.

Indemnification


Members agree to indemnify, defend and hold Sponsor and its representatives and agents harmless from and against any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses, including attorney’s fees and costs, arising from, or related to any breach by Member of any of these Rewards Terms and Conditions or any violation by Member of applicable law.

Governing Law


The laws of the Washington State shall govern these Rewards Terms and Conditions. Member hereby expressly consents to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts located in Thurston County for all matters arising in connection with these Rewards Terms and Conditions or Member’s participation in the Program.
